Payment
You top up a balance, and each review is paid from it. You choose the amount, taxes included, and the whole of what you pay is added to your balance. There is no subscription.
Paddle takes the payment and issues the invoice. The account's owner or an organization's administrator tops up the balance; the other members of the team can see the console.
Review price
The price depends on the size of the change being reviewed.
Refund terms are on the Terms page.
When the balance runs out
New reviews stop, and the pull request says so. They start again when you top up.
When reviews run
- When a pull request is opened, and each time you push new commits to it. On a push it reads only what is new.
- A draft pull request is read when you mark it ready for review.
- On one pull request it starts at most 5 reviews on its own. You change that number, and the number of reviews a day, under Settings in the console.
- It does not start on its own for the version updates Dependabot and Renovate open.
- You can ask for a review at any time by commenting
